Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
Conditions for Return

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned goods must be received in the same condition as when delivered.
How to Make a Return

Send the items back to the return address provided by kemmo.eu after your notification.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by local law or specifically agreed by Kemmo EU.
Refunds

Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are refundable only if the entire order is returned and if required by applicable law.
Exclusions

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be accepted for refund.
